		<description>Hi Joseph,

It just goes to show it&#039;s never too late to get started! Congratulations :)

Just Swimming is a Learn To Swim business in Melbourne East with a good reputation and seems to be run at a high standard. You can find details about their Adult lessons here: http://www.justswimming.com.au/justswimming/nunawading/adult_lessons.html

I haven&#039;t personally experienced their lessons so I can&#039;t comment on that, but I do know some of the people associated with the business and they are very good.

If you are just getting started I would also recommend you check out a Total Immersion Freestyle DVD or one of our programs. This will help give you an understanding of the principals of swimming and moving through the water.

		<description>Hi Brenton,
It has been 2 weeks since I started swimming and I am 46 years old. I wonder whether you can recommend a swimming school in Melbourne East for Adults at beginner level. Though I am not scared of water, I am still a beginner in every sense, looking to learn the swimming techniques, starting with Freestyle. After 2 weeks now, I can do half a lap full free style but I am not sure whether I am doining it correct.
Awaiting your recommendation.
